03 matrix engine removal
I am going to replace the engine in this Matrix. It is all wheel drive, 1ZZ FE, type R, auto transmission. In reading the R&R procedure, it calls for removing the engine and transmission together out the bottom. Is this really necessary? Is there enough room to remove the engine out the top? thanks, Michael
