We work on 6.0s every day here. I would not add hydraulic fluid to the fuel. I've never heard of that. I've heard of adding a quart of transmission fluid to the fuel, but I wouldn't recommend that, either. We only use Motorcraft filters on these trucks for fue... Login to read more.
