Seems to me there is NO real issue. 14 volts does not appear to be too high; 12.6V is however, in my view too low as a respecable reading. After all, a new battery should read 12.6 V (2.0 to 2.1V per cell * 6 cells = 12.0 to 12.6V). Alternator output has to be... Login to read more.
