Vehicle is a 92 dodge spirit 3.0, with intermittent speedometer and code [...] the speedo was not working and there was a 2.4V square wave on the speed sensor [...] sensor is new.

Reference voltage jumped to 5 volts when I cut the speed sensor wire... Login to read more.
