2005 Toyota Tundra 4.7L - fuel trims way above normal

Have a Tundra in the shop, Fuel trims are +40 on both sides and don't go down much regardless of engine RPM.

Smoke tested intake and found nothing. Heard what sounded like a diaphragm shutting at one point and fuel trims went down temporarily. Assumed second... Login to read more.
