Hi Rich,went by the trouble tree for p0139 step 3 disconnect 02 sensor measure voltage on signal sensor wire looking for 4.5 to 5.0 volts,I have 4.1 volts on signal [...] ground its good,Tested voltage at pcm with signal wire snipped,same 4.1v.I'am at the poin... Login to read more.
