The o2 sensor signal circuit is biased with 2.5 volts when sensor is operating. Proper voltages are 2.5 to 3.5 volts. Once the o2 has cooled off or circuit is open you will read between 4.5 to 5.0 volts on the o2 sensor signal circuit. This is normal. Login to read more.
