Could not wait for issue to arise on its own so I first shorted OSS to ground of OSS/TSS at pcm and lost OSS value, stayed at zero, and limp mode, no codes pending. Then cut open OSS signal wire and had OSS incrementing and first gear initially then went into ... Login to read more.
