On some of the older (OBD1) ECMs, a fair amount of heat was actually normalish. Uncomfortable to touch after a few minutes, but not burning hot by any means...just uncomfortable. Id guess 130 degrees maybe 140? This measured in Cali when outside temp is 80 or ... Login to read more.
