Should CAM advance be stead at idle?
Back to the 03 Nissan Primera I'm playing with. It has the QR20DE engine with VVT on the intake cam. What I've noticed is that at idle the cam advance pid bounces between 0 to 0.5 degrees. I'm assuming that the cam advance pid is calculated off the cam sensor.... Login to read more.
