Denso made (makes?) some Ford COP part numbers. I don't recall which applications, but I would assume in this case that the LS and S-Type 3.0 use the identical part. At any rate I wouldn't discount Denso COPs for Ford applications. IMO they are either OEM qual... Login to read more.
