radio amp

Hello, Thanks for your time. I the above Volvo 850 that the customer "stored" left on my lot for well over a year. He finally ask me to repair it, had a bad battery draw. This was the cell phone mount adapter that was drawing the battery dead. We looked for a day and half finding it. I only charged him an hour diag. Anyhow he's had it for about a 8 months. The radio powers up but does not put out any sound. So he you tubed and found how to pull the amp. He states he pulled the panel and the amp is missing. I called Volvo to make certain of where this particular cars amp is installed and whether it even had one. All data does not show an r and r procedure or location for the amp. The Volvo dealer says it had one but showed it by back glass. Does anyone know for certain where this amp is installed. I know no one here stole it. I don't think anyone stole it while it was here as we never went out there to find it apart. I don't like the idea that someone thinks we stole something off their car. Although I don't know why you would pull an outdated amp off of a car that would most likely only work on that same old outdated car. Any way if you can help than thanks a lot. Tony
