The Beemer seems to be ok now. I basically replaced a missing oil filler cap, cleaned the air box and Maf sensor and replaced the air filter. After 35 miles the CEL is still off, and the transmission hasn't gone into a limp in mode. Thanks for the replies. Login to read more.
