Is the plug threaded in all the way? Count the turns compared to the other cylinders. Not threaded in all the way would cause iot to run a lot hoptter and melt down the electrode. Just thinking maybe a thread or two got damaged in removal? Aluminum head, hot, ... Login to read more.
