Hi Roger

If the wiring successfully carries a load,and the PCM replacement resulted in a no crank again. The PCM is not recognizing the park/neutral input signal,so the control ground on pin 85 of the relay is blocked by the PCM. Look into a neutral/park or ... Login to read more.
