In reading your post, I get the feeling that the 5V reference voltage is changing at the FTP sensor. To prove the circuit out, unplug the PCM & unplug the FTP sensor. Ground the 4V wire on one end and load the other with a bulb test light. Now you can do some ... Login to read more.
