If the DPF and DOC have been deleted but it has been flashed with a stock tune, that is likely the issue. It sounds to me like the truck is trying to do a regen or heat up the DOC (opens the exhaust/turbo vanes up, hence the drop in turbo speed, increases rail... Login to read more.
