Have a '94 960 Volvo, 165,000 on clock with oil in coolant reservior. I removed and cleaned it out and flushed the system. In 300 miles we now have 1/2" of fresh oil on top of coolant again. I know it could be head gasket, oil cooler or CRACK ... Login to read more.
