With all connectors plugged in and battery ground off, connect your multi meter leads at the dlc on pins 6 and 14. Now unhook that the connectors off the pcm and see if the ohm reading drops to 0. If it does then the pcm is not at fault. Let me know what the r... Login to read more. ![]()
