TPS voltage is at .89 and it always returns to .89. Throttle status when the revving occurs is saying CT, so the computer is seeing that the throttle is closed. Idle set screw has not been tampered with front what I can see. Base idle is at 500rpm. Unplugging ... Login to read more.
