Ain't these remote diagnoses fun?

I am curious about why the battery voltage is 12.6 with the ignition off, indicating a full charge, yet the voltage immediately falls to 11.5 KOER [assuming no accessories on]. I would think the voltage would decay more slow... Login to read more.
