2003 Nissan Primera 2L ( QR20DE ) with CVT ( without Euro OBD )

I'm hoping someone might have some advice on how to deal with this crankshaft position sensor. I've watched all the Altima and X-Trail videos on youtube dealing with these sensors, I think.
