If I recall (we used to have a 1994 here, mostly the same)...there are 2 fuses for the VTD. BOTH are powered? Check ohms on wires between your simulator/BOB installation point and VTD pin sockets via backpin testing. The VTD on the older ones had just 1 input ... Login to read more.
