Have a 1996 F-350 with the powerstroke 7.3. Hard starting cold. Checked Glowplug circut and found bad glow relay, 0 volts out. Replaced relay and have power to glow plugs amp draw is 70 cold dropping as they heat up. It has been 10 to 20 BELOW lately. Block he... Login to read more.
