Yes the 5 volt reference is produced by the ECM and I found out which relay is the ECM relay if anyone wants to know. And Yes CONSULT is an ECM scan tool, there's three versions of it supposedly. Now it's time to get out the wiring diagram and start disconnect... Login to read more.
