1998 Ford F700 Driveability Problems

Cranks but wont start, in the beginning i checked for spark and was ok. I brought it to the shop and i checked something else, fuel pressure was 40 psi. I sprayed starting fluid and it starts, but then it dies right away. I checked again for spark after I checked fuel pressure, but there is no spark. I changed the ignition coil and the pick up coil inside the distributor, still no spark. I checked the injector plugs with noid lights, no light pulsation, the only think left is the cam sensor but i cant find it. I hooked up my old computer for the OBDI, it asked for the 10 VIN number, 8 VIN Number and 2nd VIN number. All numbers go in, but number 8 doesnt exist the computer, i cant go any further to diagnose. The distributor rotor spins good as well. Other than that it might be the computer, I need your opinion first. Thanks
