The breaker is for circuit protection is doesn't "open" when a single window reaches its stop. You can see on a wiring diagram the 30a breaker is the only feed to all 4 windows. If the breaker was limiting current flow @ 30a you would couldn't use 2 windows @ ... Login to read more.
