I meant .030", which is .75mm.

The groove was estimated to be .020" deep. It likely wasn't measured, but a guess based on ???? ...because the chances of a measured defect coming up at exactly .020"...not .019, not .021 or .013" are probably fairly slim. .5mm... Login to read more.
