As far as head gasket seal goes...keep in mind, at a 0.5mm overbore, you're only moving the edge of the bore 0.25mm in relation to the gasket. That's .010" of an inch....effectively nothing. a .75mm overbore moves it .015" of an inch...also, effectively nothin... Login to read more.
