Dang. That needs a QuadraJet. But a "correct" carb will cost some bucks. I'm sure the timing should be more than "0" maybe 4-6 BTDC. As for running on, usually because its idling too fast. As for stinky idle, look down the barrels and make sure there is no fue... Login to read more.
