All of the powertrain CAN modules are woke up by a term 15 off of CAS. I would verify the 12v on the WUP line. I believe it is coupled with CAN L and CAN H. Nothing will talk or work with out it. You can also jump it if it isn't hot to verify communications. Login to read more.
