Range Rover Evoque/Ford Ecoboost Timing problem

I've got a 2013 Range Rover Evoque that's kicking my butt! It came in and barely would run. Found intake phaser broken and we replaced both phasers, timing chains, tensioners, VVT solenoids, and friction washers.
