Maybe I posted too soon. Problem turned out to be a voltage drop to pin 57 of the SBEC (voltage sensing line) from the ASD relay to the SBEC. We had 12V on this line KOEO, but a fluctuating 3 to 4 volts while cranking. I didn't check this wire at the SBEC init... Login to read more.
