Wayne, one of 3 things, either the viscus hub has been over filled with silicone fluid/gel. The bimetallic strip/thermo coil is defective. Or it is the incorrect hub for the vehicle. In either case it will need to be replaced. Even a new hub can roar for a mom... Login to read more.
