179K miles....5.4L 3-valve....yes it has slight chain noise...idles good....drives ok up unto around 60mph under medium acceleration.....if you drive it like you stole it,it'll go 100mph no problem,but if you just cruise it starts bucking/jerking...first time ... Login to read more.
