This one is fixed the TCM was the issue. It is normal to have 3 volts on either pin of starter relay. One terminal receives 3 volts from pcm and thru the starter relay coil feeds back to pcm. Than when cranking one terminal receives 12 volts and the other gets... Login to read more. ![]()
