Silverado 6.0 Reduced Power Replaced EVERYTHING

Well, maybe not everything...

TWO Silverados, in fact: a 2006 and a 2007. P2135 from both, reduced power from both, intermittent issue. Replaced the pedal assembly, throttle body, throttle body pigtail, powertrain control module and TAC module on both.
