2004 GMC Envoy 4.2 L. the AC/Heater (aka mode) door actuator has a ckt fault and no longer is moving the door.

The SI clearly states; "The new actuator is in Bi-Level mode. Place the door in the middle of the travel position before you install the actuator."... Login to read more.
