I have found that customers think that the Big Red Oil Light on means "go get oil" not SHUT IT OFF RIGHT DAMN NOW! or "it cant be a oil problem, I just had it changed". So they drive it until the engine locks up, thinking you just bought them a new engine. Login to read more.
