I had a similar problem, I was working on a 2009 c7500 and had to trick my snap on scanner into letting me access the PCM and TCM. I entered it as a 2008 c3500 8.1l and I was able to access the PCM and TCM only. I was able to read codes and access data to find... Login to read more.
