Sounds as if you have done the needed testing and research. Have you watched your EGR pid(s) when problem arises? Possibly EGR sticking or opening and dumping all into #3 or rear bank due to plugged EGR passages in intake? Not a real bad job to pull upper cove... Login to read more.
