Jeep had a tsb on the 3.7 for valve spring keepers. They wouldn't valves rotate and they would have carbon buildup that would allow leaky valves and would missfire at idle tsb # 09-007-06. sometimes you can temporarily fix with a top end carbon cleaning. Login to read more.
