I suggest verifying that the damper ring and timing tab are correctly showing TDC and not moving. Then disconnect the bypass plug, put a scope lead on the REF and another on the ESC leads at the 4 pin , connect channel 3 to theTach/coil or put a secondary prob... Login to read more.
