I've had a couple of Wranglers come in with vacuum leaks at the egr. The code means that the intake manifold doesn't fill fast enough. There's a vacuum leak fast enough. Vacuum leaks will cause the engine to simply speed up and the throttle body cannot control... Login to read more.
