I would suggest that you backprobe CAN+ to ground at the ASCM, CAN- to ground and CAN+ to CAN- with the key on and post your results. Also, is the voltage static or in is varying? By how much? Also, did you volt drop test both powers and grounds at the module? Login to read more.
