I ran dirt bikes also. I'd find the puncture, pull a portion of the bead out enough to pull out a foot or so of the tube and patch it. All still on the bike, back together and gone in 10 or 15 minutes, biggest time was spent pumping it up with a bicycle pump. Login to read more.
