I wouldn't do much cam-wise unless you build compression first. If not, then you're going RV/Towing cams which don't sound so lumpy. Build compression in a 305, and you'll have issues with rods. So... I'd say a dual exhaust, no crossover, small pipe, RV cam an... Login to read more.
