For what it's worth, I had an Optima with the same engine, maybe a 2009, in my bay a month or two ago. Customer complaint of intermittent rough running and stalling, MIL on, I think it had a P0011. Drove the vehicle and confirmed actual cam timing would stray ... Login to read more.
