Erratic charging voltage
We replaced the alternator for a no charge condition and now have a low and erratic charging voltage at idle. Voltage at idle is around 12 volts with spikes to 13+ volts. The spike is enough to notice in the vehicle lighting. The voltage is a steady 13.6 with ... Login to read more.
