Here are some quick checks to verify PCM condition.

Ground your DMM at battery negative. 1. With the engine running measure the 5 V reference voltage at the TP sensor. You should see about 5 V which indicates the PCM is getting the proper voltage (not 20 V) ... Login to read more.
